Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday- Friday, and can take up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to dispatch. Where possible, we will always endeavour to dispatch your order the next working day if ordered before 2pm. 

Delivery dates shown are from date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout, and may be subject to change. UK delivery is free when you spend over £40.

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Makeup and Mane is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
