I'm sorry that you're unhappy with the finish of your scrunchie. We have many videos on our Instagram and TikTok accounts depicting how our original scrunchies are made, including how we hand finish the closing seam rather than machine sewing over the fabric to leave the silk unspoiled all the way around. After all, this is the part most visible when worn and we like to keep that part intact.
Each stitch is individually knotted to ensure its durability – some of our customers have been wearing theirs for more than 2 years!
I understand our scrunchie was not to your liking, and hope that instead you were satisfied by your quick and quibble-free refund.

I've got several of the skinny scrunchies in this colour so I thought I'd order the big scrunchie too. It doesn't disappoint, and I am keeping it for going out!
Finally I have found the perfect scrunchie for my curly hair! The quality is unbelievable and the elastic used in the scrunchie remains tight it doesn’t go loose like the standard cheap ones! I have gone through so many and wish I’d purchased this sooner! The scrunchie’s I had previously would make my curly hair knotted, but the silk material used on these leaves my hair knot free. Definitely worth the price and I would recommend to all hair types!
If you don't want to colour coordinate your outfit, or don't have a scrunchie to match, this goes beautifully with light brown hair! Love it.

I have enjoyed supporting Rachel business as everything she telling you is true and beneficial. I must say this is the best purchase I have made. I used to apply heat to my hair a lot just to style it. But now I have my heatless curler set I have more time to get ready in the morning and less heat damage. I will recommending makeupandmane to all my friends and family.
For someone who has a busy schedule the heatless curler set would be prefect for you, you can leave over night (which has extra security with a pop bottom) or leave in for a couple hours while getting ready to go. Your hair will only take seconds to take out and your left with smooth bouncy curls. (My hair is normally fizzy but because of the amazing material is leaves my hair nice & smooth).
Rachel puts so much love into her work and you can tell how much she has enjoyed making lives easier in the mornings and still able to look fabulous. The packaging is so cute: come in a little black box with a bow, test patch, heatless kit, link for video tutorial and Rachel left me a nice hand written note which was a nice touch. Rachel is always helpful on her social media and will answer any questions you may have.

Since I bought these skinny scrunchies I haven't worn anything else! I absolutely love the colour, the way they make my hair feel, and you can put them in and forget they are there! Leave my hair so smooth too! So hard to decide which to get next!
I kept putting off buying these because I thought they would just slide off my hair. They don't! In fact, my hair already feels better, and I fiddle with my hair much less than with bands! And it's true that it doesn't link your hair!

I love my skinny scrunchie! I've got really fine hair and could never really find anything that would make it look nice in a bun/pony tail but these look amazing! I got the normal size for my friend who has thick hair and she loves it too. Just need to get more colours now!

So my hair doesn’t hold curls when added by heat/styling tools, like ever, even when done by professionals . . . That was until the day I met the silk vine! Since meeting I have had my hair curled for a whole day (and a lot of dancing) at a wedding and has made morning hair styling a dream!

I have no complaints. The scrunchie is about the diameter of my palm. I am very pleased with how quick it came (9 days) and the material and color. Most of all, the elastic is superior as it holds up my 3b hair. The only adjustment I would make would be curly-kinky hair representation in pictures to see how it holds up bc I was scared at first how it would do. LOVE IT.

I love my new curler and scrunchies! The curler was very easy to use and comfortable to sleep in. It stayed in even though I tend to move around a lot in my sleep. Customer service was also lovely and easy to reach!
